About
As your psychologist, my aim is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself, exploring your experiences and making sense of the things that have shaped you.
I work with clients across a range of presentations, with a particular interest in supporting emotional and relational growth, deeper self-awareness, interpersonal challenges and finding greater direction and fulfilment in life. I am passionate about helping you navigate both current and past challenges with greater ease, clarity and self-understanding.
My approach is grounded in relational and attachment-based perspectives, alongside evidence-based psychological therapies. My experience and special interest in working with complex trauma have shaped a strongly trauma-informed approach to practice. I have also worked extensively with teenagers in high school settings and delivered parenting support programmes.
I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative and guided by what matters to you. My hope is that you feel better equipped to understand yourself, strengthen your relationships and move towards a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling and true to who you are.
Services
I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches — including ACT, DBT, CBT, EMDR, mindfulness-based and somatic therapies, and neuroscience-informed perspectives — to help you make sense of your experiences, strengthen emotional regulation, shift unhelpful patterns and develop practical skills for meaningful change.
Who I work with
I see adults and teenagers navigating a wide range of life challenges. Whether you're dealing with something specific or simply feel stuck, therapy can offer the space to understand yourself more deeply and move forward with greater clarity.
I do not currently work with people experiencing suicidality or self-harm, in line with the limits of teletherapy and an online environment. The best place to seek support is through your Family Doctor, Crisis Support or 111, or Need to Talk — 1737.
ACC Sensitive Claims
I am registered to provide ACC-funded therapy for sensitive claims, supporting clients who have experienced sexual abuse or assault. Please get in touch to discuss eligibility.
